Where's my refund?

Can you help find out where my refund is? I really need it because I want a new pair of brand new ugg boots, and if I don't get this refund I won't be able to get them before they are sold out.

Yes, I had to turn on 'staff' for moderators and admin and then this was visible

This is a staff only tool, so we have to make sure that staff is marked if we want someone to see it
