How do I file if I work from home?

I have a desk, a table, and a walkingpad. I know it's a cool set up. My wife help me set it up. She has great taste. I feel like a CEO multi-tasking and habit stacking. I hope the IRS feels this way too, it's been pricy, so it would be great if all of these things could be seen as a write-off.
