There were no changes as yet to the EITC in the year 2025 or by the OBBBA. Normally, the IRS will update the EIC numbers when they update their systems to the new tax year sometime in late December or early January 2026. The FreeTaxUSA software will have all the numbers programed in for you to rely upon when you plan for next year. Be sure to pay attention to an email that will state that tax year 2025 will be available in late October or early November.
