I am answering this issue. I will send to review. Matthew will approve it. The test is to see if it goes back to the correct author. Previous problems (8/27/25) had the issue going back to the wrong place/author with the inability to post it to the community. This is a re-test to see if current fixes are in place for the process to work correctly sending back to Cory F as the author to post to community.
