I need to buy christmas presents and my refund needs to come into to pay off the credit cards.

You should be able to file jan 1st! but refunds will not start going out until Feb

Sorry, we file and prepare and send your taxes but the IRS is in control of the everything after that. The IRS typically doesn't send any refunds until Febuary!
